INITIAL CONSULT, EXAM AND TREATEMENT

Service Description

This is where our relationship begins! We will need two time slots here. During the consult you get to tell me how I can help. We get to start here and build a rapport. This helps build trust and is a big clinical piece that I use to help with diagnosis and direction of care. I will examine the targeted complaint and any surrounding areas I believe contribute. Not everybody needs xrays or an MRI, but if I feel one will change the course of my treatment, we can order them. In the first visit, I always start some form of care. What I do will depend on the situation. I always aim for a patient to leave feeling better than when they came. That is typically physical, but I want to provide answers and ease minds. I like to educate patients and teach them how to help themselves.
